FitzLab ("FitzLab," "we," "us") provides AI receptionist, messaging and automation services to businesses ("Clients"). This policy explains how we handle information collected through fitzlabhq.com and through the services we operate on behalf of our Clients.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, business name, email, phone number and anything you include in forms or messages.
- Call and message data: when we answer calls or send texts for a Client, we process caller phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, message content and appointment details.
- Website data: basic analytics such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location.
How we use information
- To provide our services: answering calls, booking appointments, sending requested messages and reporting results to our Clients.
- To respond to inquiries and deliver audits you request.
- To improve service quality, security and reliability.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Client or caller data to train public AI models.
Call recording
Calls handled by our AI receptionist may be recorded and transcribed. Callers are informed at the start of the call that they're speaking with a virtual assistant and that the call may be recorded.
Sharing
We share information only with the Client a call or message relates to, with service providers who help us operate (such as telephony, cloud hosting and AI model providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law.
SMS messaging terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, or by contacting a business that uses FitzLab, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry, appointments, service reminders and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed to provide services or as required by law, and we use encryption in transit and at rest. Clients may request export or deletion of their data at any time.
